Building & Construction:

Permit Applications – Building, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Demolition or Signs

Request Inspections – Cutoff time is 04:00PM for the next available date.

Some permit types require supplemental documents/plans, which will be defined during the application process and can be submitted online. To view required permit document submittals or helpful guidelines, click here.

Once all the required supplemental documents and plans have been appropriately submitted the review time for most permit types is approximately 10 business days.

Planning & Zoning:

Planning & Zoning Commission Applications – Development Plan, Subdivision, Vacation Easement, Vacation Right of Way or Zoning Change

Zoning Board of Adjustment Applications – Conditional Use or Variance Appeal

Public Works:

Right of Way Permit Applications – Excavation, Sidewalk or Curb Cut

Permit Fee Payment

Request Inspections – Cutoff time is 05:00PM for the next available date.

On-Street Disabled Parking License Application – New or Renewal

Rental Housing:

Rental Facility License Application – New, Ownership Change or Renewal

License Fee Payment

Request Rental Housing Inspections – Cutoff time is at least 5 days prior to the requested date so if you need an inspection scheduled within that 5 day timeframe, please call the office.
